I have decided to start coaching people on starting a successful home business. I have been doing it now successfully for two years so I may not be an expert but I sure can get you heading in the right direction.
A little background on me:
I have always loved the computer and have always played around with different programs and writing code. In 2000 I was laid off so I went back to school and received an Associates Degree in Multimedia. The degree covered web design, video editing, graphic design and 3D modeling and animation. My goal was to become a 3D animator for a big company. Living in Indiana that dream just wasn’t gonna happen. I have a wife and two great boys so I just couldn’t see pulling them away from all their friends and move to where I could get work.
We move forward to February 2008:
I worked the last 8 years for a company as a purchasing/warehouse manager. I also did a lot of their web and computer service for them. The money was good and the hours were perfect. I coach middle school wrestling and the company let me have hours that would get me to the school to coach. So I became content in my way. I think this was my first mistake. I have always wanted to work with computers or run my own business at home.
Well one day I know well Feb 27 2008 my boss called me in his office and laid me off. (On my birthday). This
was the first day of my life. I went home and decided it was time to make my move. I started researching work at home opportunities. Many scams out there and a lot of wasted money on programs that didn’t work. But finally one day I found the first thing that worked for me. By April I was making more money per month than I was making at my last job.
Now I sit at home and work, I take my lunch breaks by our pool. If I decide I want to go for a walk or bike ride I go. It is great to set my own hours. Many of my friends ask, “aren’t you mad at your boss for laying you off and not his less qualified son-n-law”. I tell them I learned two things from this experience. One, don’t work for a family business if your not part of the family, you will be the first to go even if you are the most valuable person at the company. Two, don’t be content with your life, live it to its fullest. If you have dreams and you don’t like your job do something about it. If you want to work at home, you can do it. There are many ways to make money at home. If your thinking, how can I start a home business I don’t have any money to put into it. Throw that excuse out the door. I started mine for less than $150. And I can now show you ways to run a home business for no cost to you at all. Which I will be doing over the next few weeks.

Thanks Rich and I’m looking forward to it.
Have a Great Day!
Like your style. I will be “retired” July 29 and want to move into internet biz fulltime..starting with EPN, etc., as current websites and efforts don’t produce much.
